The tour mostly takes place on gravel and sand. It is not recommended that people who have difficulty walking long distances sign up for the tour. We recommend comfortable walking shoes, dressing in warm layers, and bringing rainproof outerwear. The tour operates rain or shine but could be changed or canceled by the operator in the event of really bad weather or unsuitable conditions.
